Randolph Hall Executive Suites

Official University guests can stay with us in our Randolph Hall Executive Suites. These suites are based on hotel-style rooms with private bathrooms.

• A Parking Space Located In Front of Randolph Hall
• Access to the Cardio Room

Once the reservation request has been submitted, the respective Vice President of the requester will be notified for approval. Once the reservation has been approved, then the official reservation will be generated and the requester and upcoming guest will receive confirmation via email.

Intensive English Program (IEP)

Students participating in the Intensive English Program (IEP) have the option to reserve a space with us here on campus. Reserving a space on campus allows for the student to embrace the full college experience.

The completion of the web form is only a request and must be approved by an Office of University Housing staff member before the reservation is complete. Upon receiving the reservation, the request will be reviewed and the requester will be notified via email within 2-5 business days.

Intensive English Program (IEP) guests will reside in our junior suite style units. The guests are also required to purchase a meal plan along with their room selection. The options for Intensive English Program (IEP) meal plans can be found here

Visiting Interns

Professors who host visiting interns have the option to request for their guest to reside on campus during their stay.

The completion of the web form is only a request and must be approved by an Office of University Housing staff member before the reservation is complete. Upon receiving the reservation, the request will be reviewed and the requester will be notified via email within 2-5 business days.

Visiting Intern guests will reside in our junior suite style units, unless the department would like to request another type upon availability. The guests are not required to purchase a meal plan, but are more than welcome to. The options for visiting intern meal plans can be found here.
