Academic Year 2024 - 2025
The Academic Year 2024 - 2025 housing application is currently open for all classifications.
Academic Year 2025 - 2026
The Academic Year 2025 - 2026 housing application will open later in 2024 for continuing students and first-time freshmen.

Family Housing Applications
You can submit your Family Housing Application on our Housing Portal! You must first request the application be enabled on your account by emailing oncampusliving@louisiana.edu. Then return to the Housing Portal to complete the application. Please note that Family Housing is currently full and operating on a standby list. We cannot guarantee Family Housing availability.
Housing Forms
Many housing forms are now available on the Housing Portal. Log into the Housing Portal and then select Housing Forms from the top menu.
- Emotional Support Animal Request Form - Use the form to request an ESA.
- Summer Storage Request - Use this form to request to store your belongings in the same room for the Summer (Must be reserved for the same room for Spring 2025 & Fall 2025)
- Sign FERPA Waiver - Use the form to allow a parent or guardian to view your housing information
