Room Change Request Form

Please utilize this form as a method to request a change in your housing assignment or meal plan.

***This is for room change requests for AFTER move In***

Assignments are currently Locked in praparation for Move In. If the building Managers can make a move work they will contact you before Move In.

If we are able to grant your request, our Associate Director will be in contact with you via email with more information.

MEAL PLAN Change Requests MUST be made prior to 12:30 pm on the first Friday of each semester. Meal plan change requests that are received after this deadline will NOT be honored.
