Campus Safety

All students that are housed at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette have safety procedures that must be followed. Each of the residence halls are equipped with emergency evacuation routes and guides located throughout the building, including evacuation routes attached to the back of individual units' doors, in case of emergencies that would require an evacuation.

Located across campus are Code Blue emergency phones (easily recognizable with their blue lights) that will instantly connect you to the University Police Department. In a matter of minutes, UL Lafayette Police will be there to address the situation.
