Special Program Requests

Upon completion of this web form and approval of your reservation request, a $200 application/deposit fee will be required before you will assigned to a room. This fee will be paid once your CLID and password are awarded and you can access the housing portal through ULINK.

You will be notified with a reservation confirmation number via email.
Please allow 2-5 business days for the processing of your reservation.
