Special Program Reservation Request

The Office of University Housing offers visitor housing accommodations for special programs including the following:

•     Academy of Interactive Entertainment (AIE)
•     Intensive English Program (IEP)

During the completion of this web form, you will be asked to choose your specific program as well as complete the information needed to generate a request for your reservation. These requests are on an individual basis, so each participant will need to complete their own form. 

You will be notified with a reservation confirmation  via email. Please allow 2-5 business days for the processing of your reservation.
