Summer Conference Housing Options

Every summer housing has space available for on campus and off campus groups to spend a few nights in our residence halls and apartments. If you are an on campus group and would like more information, please contact Heidi Hollingsworth at heidi@louisiana.edu or 337-482-6939. If you are an off campus group and would like more information, please contact Michelle Bernard at mlb3931@louisiana.edu or 337-482-6939.

Faculty & Staff Housing

Limited space is available in Family Housing (Cajun Village) apartments for faculty and staff. A letter or email specifically mentioning your name, length of stay, type of housing preferred, reasoning for need, and other information that will help in the visitation process must be made through the Dean of the College to the Academic Provost. If the request is approved, an email will be sent with more details.

Visiting Professors & Interns

Limited space is some times available for visiting professors and interns in our residence halls and apartments. A letter or e-mail to housing@louisiana.edu specifically mentioning your name, length of stay, type of housing preferred, reasoning for need, and other information that will help in the visitation process must be submitted to the department head to University Housing. If space is available, an email will be sent with more details.
