Off-Campus Housing Fair

Are you looking for off-campus housing for the upcoming school year? Join us for the UL Lafayette Off-Campus Housing Fair to explore your options, meet local property managers, and get all the information you need to find a place to live for the next academic year! This event is brought to you by the Offices of University Housing and Residential Life. We are hosting this event to assist our students in finding housing for next academic year.

Please note: This is an informational Housing Fair, and no lease agreements will be permitted to be signed during this event.

Time: 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Location: Student Union Porch

  • Explore Budget-Friendly Options – Find a home that fits your needs and budget.
  • Connect with Roommates – Looking for someone to share housing with? Meet other students also searching for roommates.

A few reminders:

  • Current residents are currently still in contract with University Housing through the end of the spring semester. 
  • If you signed a contract for next academic year, you must receive an approved contract buyout before signing a lease with an off-campus property. 
  • Scholarships are not eligible to be used for off-campus properties. 
  • UL Lafayette is in no way endorsing any of these properties. All prospective tenants are encouraged to exercise their own good judgment when evaluating a prospective rental unit or landlord and use trusted resources such as the Better Business Bureau.
